Spokane Wedding Photographer: Justin and Tanya

My one and only brother-in-law and my wonderful new sister-in-law had their wedding reception last night in Spokane.  They were married Dec. 30th in Hawaii in private ceremony on the beach.  But last night our whole, great big family got to celebrate with them at the new Northern Quest Resort and Casino.  It’s a gorgeous hotel!  You could easily fit 10 people in Justin and Tanya’s shower and it had the fun, modern shower heads that come out of the wall and ceiling.  Yeah, you could spend the weekend there and never have to leave the property. Anyway, me and our cousin Amy had a blast photographing J and T partly due to Justin’s model poses and “sexy eyes”.  Justin, I’ve never seen that side of you before.  You should show it off more often because you are a fun guy.

I love you both and wish you every happiness!

It was Open House day at the resort, and the place was swarming with people. Everywhere there was free food, wine tasting and even free mini massages. It was difficult taking photos with so many people there. I hope I get the chance to do another wedding reception there. Would love to do some photos right HERE.

This was inside their gorgeous room.

This is Tanya's Aunt Kathy. She and Lorrie were livin' it up in the spa. Kathy, don't hate me for posting this! I like this photo of you, okay? Okay.

Tanya you're beautiful, and you have some of the prettiest blue eyes I've ever seen.

I can’t decide if I like this one more….

…or if I like this one more. hmmmm…

This is just the first batch, guys.  I’ll post more later.

Of the 2 you couldn’t decide between, I like the first one tons better! It’s a great shot. The subject’s more isolated and gives a clearer, more interesting composition (even though I’m usually a huge fan of wider angle environmental portraits).

I really like the first one of them reflected in the puddle.

Thanks, I quickly decided I liked that one better too.
